Frequently Asked Questions
Below you can find answers to common questions about watch models, specifications, ordering, shipping and general product information.
Watch Models and Specifications
How do I choose between different Rolex-style collections?
Start with the type of design you prefer. Submariner and GMT-Master II models have a stronger professional sport-watch appearance, Daytona models use a chronograph-style layout, while Datejust and Day-Date models generally provide a more traditional everyday look.
Our watch collections page provides an overview of the major model families.
Are all watches within the same collection identical?
No. Different versions may use different movements, materials, dial configurations, bracelets and functional arrangements. Always review the specifications provided for the individual watch.
What does “Super Clone” mean?
Super Clone is a term commonly used in the market to describe certain higher-specification replica watch configurations. However, the term itself does not define one universal manufacturing standard.
We recommend checking the actual movement, case dimensions, dial construction, bracelet and supported functions instead of choosing a watch based only on a grade name.
What does “Swiss movement” mean?
The term generally refers to the movement specification used in a watch rather than automatically describing every component or the place where the complete watch was manufactured.
Check the individual model information whenever a specific movement is important to you.
How do I know which case size is right for me?
Consider both case diameter and thickness. Smaller cases generally create a more traditional appearance, while larger sport models provide more wrist presence.
Do photographs show every detail of a watch?
Photographs are useful for comparing appearance, but details such as movement configuration, thickness and some functional differences may not be obvious in images. We recommend reviewing both photographs and written specifications.
Orders
How can I confirm the details of a model before ordering?
Review the product description and available specifications first. If an important detail is unclear, contact us before placing the order so that the relevant information can be checked.
Can an order be changed after it has been placed?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible before an order enters processing or shipment, but they cannot always be guaranteed after fulfilment has begun.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
When tracking information becomes available, it will normally be provided through the order or shipping notification associated with your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
Can I track my shipment?
If tracking is available for your shipping method, the tracking number can be used to follow the shipment after the carrier begins updating its system.
Why can tracking sometimes take time to update?
A tracking number may be created before the carrier performs its first physical scan. Updates can also be delayed during transfers between logistics providers, weekends, holidays or customs processing.
Can delivery times vary?
Yes. Transit times can be affected by destination, carrier operations, customs procedures and other circumstances outside the direct control of the sender.
After-Sales Questions
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
Contact us with your order information and a clear description of the issue. Photographs or video may be helpful when the issue involves the condition or operation of a product.
Where can I find the return policy?
